Trolls or Players with lost hope?

I acknowledge the benefits of chat restriction Patch yet, this is a double edge sword. In the past few days after this patch, I been and seen an explosion of trolls pop up, effecting the games i and others play. Yes i know how it goes, you cannot blame others for you have mistakes too/ but i just been experiencing to many players who simply give up easily in ranking. Now i don't know if it is because they are trolls them selves or because they have an ego to big for us to assist, but i think riot should focus less on chat and more on how players actually play. I rather have a troll who actually fights the fight no matter how dumb they may go at it, Then an experienced player who goes afk because they feel the game is lost.

I suggest riot should add a penalty or at least a system that promotes putting up a fight.

Or at least show Players the importance of building and how progressing of a game can effect the outcome of who is the winner.

One final note, I personally believe the surrender button In ranked should be disabled, you go into rank to win, do not give players the idea that surrender is an option, Yes sometimes losing is unavoidable, But you can not learn anything, if a player will simply wait in base for FF@20.
