Riot at least give me the benefit of the doubt

Ok i just got off of rank restriction TODAY (i can admit that my past behavior was not standing to ToS and summoners code)

So i played my first Ranked today with a bud of mine and in-game i had a very toxic Adc and top laner (because he was getting completely wrecked on) Usually i would have flipped out and just toxic wasted my teammates but i remained calm and tried to give tips and telling my teammates what they shouldn't have and should have done. Then that's when hell broke loose. . .i got blamed for dragon being stolen whilst im across map and flamed for it by the ADC, top laner feeds his lane then later in-game blames me for him being caught out and kill and im roughly 40-50 yards away.

So basically i ended up being tilted out on by my teammates and reported by (and i can god honestly say for nothing) 2 of them just because there frustration. I attended some RL stuff to come back and realize i've been placed back on rank restriction I just completed a 35 game rank restriction without complaining about it because i believe i deserved it why would i turn around and do the same shit? I feel like I've just been punished just for hearsay and 2 very toxic and vindictive people.

Idk wth at this moment i want to uninstall because this is unjust and ridiculous and idk what i can do about it. I dont feel its fair to have to deal with a punishment i didn't do the crime for. Riot please talk to me here im so bewildered right now on the events going on how can i settle this and be proven innocent I was really reported just because. . . I am all for the chat log being posted publicly so everyone can see if i deserve my punishment

The first time I got a penta kill was in a match with fairly decent toxictivity. I get My ever first penta. I got a little too excited and I might Said one curse word. But only because I was glad I got one in a time period I was doubting continue play league. Got reported for that...is it a crime for too much hype?

I guess your post got deleted for being on Boards Feedback (that's for feedback about the boards).

But who fault is that? Thats them being insecure and jumping to conclusions.

Its to the point I can't say anything on my account (will also lose with that for refusal to communicate) without being punished. riot's reporting system is like pre-integration where black people were guilty because someone accused them or said they did something

Obviously that is their fault. You seem to be thinking I am implying you are to blame. I never said or suggested anything like that so I hope you aren't thinking so. No, you won't get punished for refusal to communicate. Riot has stated already that nobody gets punished for that alone and will be removed when they rework the report options. And you aren't getting punished just for getting reported, either; the system scans your chat logs for verbal abuse reports to verify that you were doing so. You think you get banned just based on reports, but that isn't true at all. The system if far smarter than you think.

Also, Ranked Restrictions are far harder to get than simple chat restrictions. When you get that notification "you have been reported for X", you need to step back and examine your recent behavior and fix it before you get punished.
