What do Koreans have over other teams that allows them to be so dominant?

No imported player(s) from other region ;) Rising and taking care of your own talent and people > bringing stars from across the ocean

Why does it matter? no language barrier similar culture, therefore a somewhat similar way of thinking and no "you need to stream for $" rule

Koreans for one got a way larger gamer base than Europe or America, lets not even talk about the rest. Koreans for one, got a proper way of earning money from gaming so they spent more time practicing and stuff, than any other region.

Basically: Korean is a gamer friendly country, compared to the rest of the world.

Korean players take gameplay much more seriously and have been doing so for years. TSM's schedule for this year, which was like 14-15 hours of skrims, review, solo q, etc. is something Korea has been doing for years. That time has just given them the experience to play better because of the time spent.

Because no matter the talent of the player they focus on the team, you never see Smeb/Faker/Ambition only playing for themselves not for the team
