League replay down?

Ive recently tried to get to the league replay site but I've only mad it to the site once so i downloaded the program using softonic. This proceeded to have the same problem and timed out after tryin to load it for a while. I was hoping for either a solution to this or an alternative. So you're aware, literally every other site loads normally.
