I'm to the point where I'm fed up with throwing games. I'm going 5-0 and up in games and getting my team ahead, grabbing inhibs, and then still losing because they just simply dont care enough to want to move up. Unfortunately we live in a society where showing up is more important than improving oneself. That's how most kids are raised today and why we have the problems we have. Those who wish to refute that, can refute it all they want. Go to a trophy presentation for children in any sport today and see how the worst teams in the league receive the same thing the best teams do and it proves I'm right. This is a learned behavior and it is infecting all parts of life. Yes, it is in the workplace as well. These players don't know anything else so technically it's not their fault but there are too many to count so we just have to deal with them and wait for those games when they aren't there.

They will send their hundreds of accounts into matchmaker, so that they can quickly feed, start fake arguments, etc... so that they quickly churn a buch of wins and raise your account to the next level.
