Can you even be affected by the unskilled report? IF you get reported numerous amount of times for it?

It just affects your normal MMR slightly.
It's just a placebo report to placate angry players.
The report itself will lower elo.
You cannot get banned for being reported this, but if players report you for this, your hidden mmr will lower and you will get put with worse players.
