This makes no sense.. at all

In my opinion Riot's tribunal is so fucked up. Playing a game with 1 afk and 1 troll. The troll decided to report me and this other person because we weren't surrendering. Continues trying to ff we don't surrender he feeds on purpose and seduces the enemy team of me and this other person were being toxic against him. Also me calling him the n word and I doubt you can say the n word not the slang n word but yah anyhow. So after game we lose ofc he persades the whole team to report me and the guy who were actually playing the game. And I get a warning a verbal abuse warning. Yah I know this warning is just a reminder but because I have been toxic in the past and was still chat banned this warning affects me a shit ton. I have said nothing toxic to the alistar which was the troll but give him some hope saying that we can win. Muting doesn't help this situation as me chat banned and can't all chat saying that I didn't say any of this bullshit makes them think I said this. Ofc I told them I didn't say anything but they don't believe me. I had couple games like this and it is really getting on my nerves like a lot. I know I was the one to get the ban in the first place but I was improving seeing this shit doesn't help me get rid of it.
