Why so much hate? We as a community need to uplift creators not put them down.

Why do people hate so much? When someone showcases a video or anything unless there well known been around for awhile you can really get put down. My Challenge to you as a community is try to uplift anyone trying to do anything, that sounds funny but its true no matter how small or big that one thing that person worked hard on could take that hate and stop their creations and what they are working on because of it. I am not talking about constructive criticism, i am talking about the few that just go to a board to put that person down or hate on them. We need to help each other as a community lets make league something different then all the communities out there. It is a tall order but it can happen. "The most hateful human misfortune is for a wise man to have no influence."
