varus Q cooldown to short

Varus Q his almost always off cool down as long as he fires it. the second he does is basically off cool down. it either needs a longer cool down like ekko, ahri, or gnars Q. or lower the damage the more rapid he uses it. the thing has the range of bids Q and does equal damage yet passes threw everything and is always up. don't get me wrong i love playing him he's a fun champ just to strong of a Q. the fact an arc can solo against mages so early in the game breaks the league of legends theme i feel. adcs should be best against takes, tanks are better against mages and mages are better against adcs. thats how it usually goes for the champs in league yet this guy can rapid fire a ton of damage and already has a great ult that does a good amount of damage.
