THEORYCRAFTING- GOING(!):

A few notes:

I'm bad at this game (not much of a theory crafting point but I thought that I should write that down for some reason).
Previously, we've only got these kind of skin teasers* for Legendary and Ultimate skins, if I'm not mistaken.

(*Note: teasers, not promos like for DS Braum and Panth that happened only after they were released on the PBE.)

From the laugh and electricity effect, it seems like Blitzcrank.
Final Boss Veigar is the one that announces the player's uncontrollable defeat.

NOW, why would Blitzcrank laugh on the player's defeat? Is he siding with the Tiny, Evil Master of the Arcade? Is this the Final Boss, BLITZCRANK?

It could be a blitz skin along the same lines as veigar's and final boss is an opposing line to Arcade, like marauders vs wardens. which would make sense since the color scheme for arcade is so much different than final boss

EDIT: Wa-BAM called it. It was Battle Boss, but I was close enough, still a subordinate to Final Boss Veigar ;)

Very interesting...

Personally I don't think it's a Blitzcrank arcade skin. Something else is going on here. My guess is that Blitz is behind the game that the arcade skins are based on.

So the question to me isn't whether or not Blitz is getting a new skin, but if Blitz was in charge of a game which champion would he put in it next?

EDIT: With all this said, I could see a Game Master Blitzcrank skin as well.

Well, we have a Fighter, Mage, Support, and Marksman... Now all that's left is a Tank and/or Assassin.

In our Tanks, there are:

Alistar Amumu Chogath Galio JarvanIV Leona Maokai Nautilus Rammus Sejuani Shen Singed Sion Zac

and Blitzcrank is first on my list of possible tanks, but Galio comes in second (just think how cool it'd be)

as for assassins:

Akali Ekko Evelynn Fizz Kassadin Katarina Khazix Leblanc MasterYi Nidalee Nocturne Rengar Shaco Talon and Zed

you can decide from these to be the most likely contenders. That's just how I see it. It can still be any champ as I have a 50|50 change of being right.

For some reason i can't hear the audio but blitz wouldn't really make sense because we already have an arcade support. Sona, hecarim, mf, and veigar leave the last spot for an arcade team to a toplaner. The icon definitely throws me off since it looks almost like the circle on blitz's chest.

Riot doesn't limit sets to 5 skins or to making a full team comp, they make skins for champs that could fit well into a thematic.

That ! icon is even called "chest" in the page's source code. It's probably blitz. Sona is jungle obviously. Hec top.

Don't forget that Viktor also has a circle on his chest and created Blitz, plus skin teasers have never been that obvious. Furthermore, in the teaser there's a sustained lightning field, just like Viktor's ult (Blitz's ult is instant) AND in his Creator skin the circle in his chest comes out to create the storm, like in the teaser. Also, Blitz has more skins than Viktor and people have requested Arcade Viktor ever since Arcade Sona, so it's only fair. And finally, on top of that Viktor has had a HUGE rise in popularity (it has increased more than 1500%) and Riot tend to give skins to popular champions. I'm prepared to be disappointed with a Blitz skin, but I'm really hoping for a Viktor skin.
