Is there anyway to remove delay for spectating features for custom 5v5

me and my party wants to have some custom tournament games and casting it just like pro games by my research, I found that league is server-sided game so It won't be able to create LAN games so we are just going to do custom games but we just realized that there is 3 min delay for spectators I'm just wandering it is possible to custom delay features but making sure no one else is cheating on it

Answering to myself would be no xD but I'm just curious
