Hey Rioters,
I'm just assuming this, but I pretty sure you're proud as hell about the game you've created. And you should be, it's awesome, I love it, others love it, it's even an official sport !
But I'm sure some of you have some ... doubts (?)
I don't know if this is the right word for what I'm trying to describe.
Some of you might think "Wow, I love the Champ I've created, but that one skin ... that one skin. I want to kill it, burn it to ashes, freeze the remains, melt them and evaporate the water so nobody can ever ever find it again."
These are probably some of those 520er skins.

So here's my solution : Create SKIN UPGRADES.
Like, you can buy (random skin) White Mage Veigar for 390 RP and get a simple color change, but you can also buy White Mage Veigar (tier II) for 975 and get some skill color changes as well, (and if your're bored, and you have nothing to do) then you could also buy White Mage Veigar (tier III) for 1350 and get some actual new stuff.
To summarize : You create skin Tiers for some, but not all, skins.
The upgrade cost to new tiers would be the difference between original prices.

I hope you like this concept, and I'm sure you could make it awesome.
