The champion update that time forgot

Long ago i wrote several messages about this champion. But even riot after the rework forgot about him. A devilish mage whose coming was foretold a fortnight ago. A mage named birdman aka swain. Riot then proceed to rework him into a broken mess. Alas the forgot to update his Q from a target to an AOE. New players everywhere were confused saying they were hacking and raging at the swain.
