What's with all the item name changes?

No more Shurelya's Reverie? Why?

Icon Of The Sun Disk is such a bad name. It's too long and it's meaningless, it has nothing to do with what the item does. Shurelya's on the other hand commemorates a person who has done so much for the game.

I can kinda understand that you remove the biscuit from the game so it's impossible to keep the name, but even that makes me sad and it seems so unfair!

And no more philo stone? Nomad's medallion? Why? How does it have a better meaning? It doesn't sound better it doesn't represent the item better. What's the point?
