why teemo should also lose his blind or get it changed like quinn

teemo is known for just being many words we cant use on here for many reasons and mostly its because of his blind and poison combo they need to one make it like quinn or 2 have it do no damage and poison because if you are a non range you will get wreck every time in a 1v1 plus that damage is unfair because you cant do anything if you get hit by its useless to farm when facing teemo plus hs attack speed with blind is not fun or fair
