could this system work?

I'm sure im not the only player who has been in a situation where you start up a game and out of sheer bad luck, something comes up and you are forced to leave the game or not play it at all. Thus comes the lower priority queue punishment. Now, i cannot play enough games to not have this punishment after having another stroke of bad luck and im forced to leave another game. i'd say i have this happen to me once every 5 games maybe. There are times when maybe my family needs me to help them with something and im forced to leave the game for a while. things that are out of my control. Why should i be punished for that? im not deliberately trying to sabotage my team's game. sometimes something out of our control stops us from playing the game and i'm tired of waiting 20+ minutes to start of much just because of something out of my control and im sure there are others like me in my situation. I try to play league during moments where i think i wont be interrupted but again, sometimes we just got bad luck. so i thought of a system that may or may not help so i just want to know if this system could work or not. every time i cant play a game i always ask my lil bro if he could play for me until i get back so that i wont be afk and get reported. However, that's not always a reliable solution for me, but then it got me thinking. what if there was let's say a game mode in the game that allowed players to fill your spot in the game. lets say that maybe you can make requests to your friends to see if maybe they could take place while you're away. i picture this as the friend who is taking my place, would enter the game as if he started a match himself. think of it as going into spectator mode and it goes straight into the loading screen. then, my friend would be playing the game where i left off. same champ, items, cs, etc. but it wouldn't be me in that game anymore. instead, the game replaces me with my friend but to make things more fair, he/she has to play as the same champ i was. I get to take care of what i have to do, and my friend gets to enjoy a short or full on game. I would not want this system to be abused by players either so if i choose to leave the game, i do not receive any experience points, ip, or champion experience from the game. Honestly, i'd be just happy with the fact that someone picked the game up from may and i do not get banned because there is still someone playing for me and my team does not have to deal with a player being AFK. the friend who takes my spot should receive experience points, ip, champion experience according to how long and how well they played just as normal. Now, i was thinking that maybe there should be a limit to how many times champions can have different players playing as them. because bad luck can happen to the friend who is playing for me as well, and then maybe they will need someone to take their spot too. i wouldn't want the amount of players who can play for me or another player to be endless because i think it can be chaotic if 5 different people play my champion in one game. I don't think the chances of that are likely though. this system seems pretty crazy and confusing to me but it just sounded simple to me when i thought of it and i thought it'd be really cool if someone could connect to my game and play for me if i am unable to play the game and i wont have to deal with that infamous 20 minute "lower priority queue." this isn't how i exactly want the system to be if something like this is ever implemented into the game but i just want the basic idea from it which is having someone play for you. OR just make that loss forgiven thing an option in the game if someone is afk. i don't know. i'm just really tired of having to wait 20 minutes to start a match because of something out of my control.
