So I was looking through Challenger Tier a bit ago and found that... -1 WildTurtle 3 WildTurtl 5 Turtle the Cat 7 TSM CAT -and 45, 46, 47 ,48 and 49 are all by tempname.... So my question was how many people are ACTUALLY in challenger and is Riot concerned with the duplicates and or have changes incoming for season 4? All feedback is appreciated! :D
I don't think it is that big of a deal. The rank decay in challenger is much higher than in all the other tiers. So you have to realize that the players that maintain multiple challenger tier accounts have to put as much time into each of those accounts as every other challenger player.
The way I view it, Challenger Tier is a small self governed community. If they don't have a problem with how things are arranged then I don't really have a problem with it.
As for how riot feels about it, i haven't the foggiest idea.
