I got another account banned for someone hacking to beat me. ROFL. RIOT doesn't even bother looking at proof they just say omg someone hacked! Well you don't spend money so your banned! This one is going in the lawsuit box as well :)

I've read it a couple times and the account and anything that the accound HAS is owned by riot and you can't do anything about thats why they makes sure everyone agrees to their agreement before they let anyone even log in.

I do not claim to own the account I merely am suing them for violating laws directly against me. I even have a video of two people yesterday spamming racist remarks against me. Does RIOT ban them? Absolutely not. I then record a player hacking to win I call them a hacker and get banned for being toxic. You need to look up laws in the state of california (the state in which RIOT games is based and is bound to their state laws). Then you will see just how many legal violations RIOT actually commits. You can defend them all you want that is your right. But I also have rights, RIOT violated those rights, RIOT gets sued.

why not mute and go on with the game? instead of paying attention to what they were saying and answering back to them? mute and report simple... riot can do what they want because like i said you dont own anything.

uhm no one is siding with anyone bro im just letting you know because ive been in your shoes lol in multiple games and you cant sue them because youre basicly using what THEY OWN. its a multi-million company bro theyre not stupid. dont agree and dont play if you dont like it, thats the world now and you cant do anything about it unless youre rich and have a lot of resources backing you up.
tsetberg1 votesWell statistically they are stupid. But they don't need to be intelligent to make money. If you feed the undeserving wins they quickly polarize towards you. RIOT knows this. I've posted numerous studies and publishings on how modern gamers are conditioned using the same principle effects that drugs have to create legions of mindless followers and disposable as their income. The point is that despite RIOT's income they are still subject to the same laws everyone else is. The unwavering exception is that RIOT can buy off the people who go against them... except me. I will be sueing to establish laws preventing RIOT and other developers from practicing current development models that are so insanely damaging to the country people can't even begin to comprehend the damage these things have done.

Even the guy who called me a %%%got 441 times in a single game is still playing. He wasn't even suspended for a single day. Where as I got a two week ban for saying sarcastically that girls don't play league.

LostFr0st2 votesI saved it to my favourites and write down their summoner ID No. from the League of Legends match history site :) I also wrote the Match# ID so I could track it even if the summoner name changed on op.gg so then I could look up the new summoner name. Don't worry, I had many failsafes in place, It was super important research for me to do before trusting the instant feedback system.
tsetberg1 votesI just toss the videos on flash drives and throw those in boxes. So farm I'm up to 2 paper boxes. I'm pretty sure I could condense it but I want to leave the videos raw from their direct recording so people don't think they were altered in any favorable way. Eventually when I leave the US I will take RIOT down and then go on about my day. I don't even care if RIOT is only worth one grape, nobody should be allowed to behave the way they do.

tsetberg1 votesI have tried RIOT support, both times they sent me random words back as an email completely disregarding the words and attachments in my videos if they had even bothered in anyway to do their jobs properly I would have 0 bans and would not be suing them. Because they would recognize that I am clearly in the right.
