Warden nautilus skin for 1 ip?

I was watching a streamer yesterday (wont say who) and he/she bought warden naut for 1 ip. Is that how it is now (I don't own naut so I cant see). I looked at the other warden skins and it isn't like that. Are there any skins you can do with this?

He was playing on the PBE servers. For one ip isn't the currency used for buying skins. But on the PBE you can buy new skins for either 1 ip or 1 RP.
