Make it so you can't get multiple skins for the same champion in the Snowdown Shop

I understand that most people like getting 5 or 6 skins for the same champion but IMO it's crazy... What's the point; you can only use one skin per game. In my snowdown shop, I received 3 blitzcrank skins(I don't even support,) 2 Vlad skins(I have nosferatsu so I don't need one), and Rouge Admiral Garen(already have Dreadknight) so I feel kinda salty right now.
