Server transfer bundles disappeared

Im originally from EUW, switched servers when i moved to NA. Im going back for a couple months so i want to transfer servers again and once again after i come back here. Last time i just went to the store, looked for bundles and clicked on the NA server transfer icon and transferred my account. Now i cant find them. Maybe it's because the store changed or is a server change one time thing? Also I know of the things that reset when i switch servers like friend lists and mmr. But here is another question, ive switched my account from EUW to NA and now im switching to EUW again for a couple months. WIll i retain my old friend list i had back when i was in EU? Or is it permanent and i will likely lose my current NA friend list as well if i transfer? Ty in advance
