Viktor or Kha'zix deserve an ultimate skin.

Because of how they Evolve or Upgrade abilties it would be perfect for making a skin that changes with each evolution. Though I play neither, I would prefer Kha'zix (but maybe not since he just got Death Blossom) because if you mix certain evolutions together it could change it as well (Ex. Evolving claws, wings then spikes will give green wings but evolving claws, wings then ult will give you red wings)

I don't know why I'm posting this but I was just coming up with ideas for an ultimate skin since It's been slightly over a year. Edit: Just realizing what I put in brackets would take an absolute ton of work maybe not that...
