Speaker+Headset Suggestions?

I'm looking for some decent speakers that can provide me with good sound quality and a headset+microphone jack. The ones I looked at they don't have the microphone capability. I'm looking to be in the $15-$30 range.

Also, I'm looking for a headset. I have no idea what to buy for that, I was thinking of buying both logitech since I've been happy with my mouse and keyboard from them. If it's another brand I'm okay with that.

Need to finally upgrade my speakers from the stone age and hopefully get into streaming sometime in the future.(Far future) Looking for some suggestions, since I can't find any on the internet where I looked. :/
