Well his spotlight just came out and the patch notes said he will be released the week after patch goes through soo...sometime this week.

I think today, because his Spotlight is out, and in patch notes is standing, he'll be released the week after 6.2's Launch, so have fun with him and get excited [slayer-jinx-wink]
