Seriously Riot, why is Swain allowed to have this?

I wanna know why Swain can have over 3k health a healing ult that doesn't drain his mana and do so much damage. Like okay, he is a healing mage that isnt very tanky, right? Nope. He just never loses health and his mana doesnt drop and neither does his damage. Its like I'm fighting against a tank, mage, healing machine. I mean why are you adding items that give mages health? Isnt their thing supposed to be a burst/dps squishy or am I just dumb? Trick question the answer is both. I dunno about most people but I for one am getting sick and tired of S6. You did right on sosme things but that stuff is overshadowed by the huge and many wrong things you have been putting out.
