How is there note a pinned Update post on the status of the new ranked queue fix?

I remember when I first started coming to the Riot forums, the thing that made me most impressed was how Riot was so engaged with their fan base. There were constant red posts and they did a great job of delivering news and info to the players. Now ranked queue has been broken for 2 days and there doesn't even seem to be a sticky about it. What the heck are you people doing?

I mean jesus, there is a sticky still up about how it went down 8 days ago, but nothing for what is going on right now?

The incompetence is staggering.

I mean it's bad enough that they told us this was the new ranked and disabled it the FIRST DAY, but to know have a post with regular updates here on their own forums is just ridiculous. It should be pinned at the top of the boards home page.
