Bards Health Packs
The new champ looks great, and looks like he will add entirely new dimensions into league, which being a support main, i am extremely excited for!
Two questions come to mind about Bard's health pack skill after watching the reveal and seeing the skill/reading about it and its uses. Granted, he hasnt even hit PBE yet, so im sure thinks might certainly change, but as they stand atm...

I think enemies clear the health packs way too fast. the skill reads that enemies standing on the pack for a moment will make it go away, but in the video Alistar doesnt even stop moving and clears it away. I think it should have at least a tiny delay, similar to a rek'sai tunnel, to clear it away. maybe something like 0.75 or something like that. so enemies would have to actually make a commitment to stop whatever they were doing for a split second and clear the pack away, instead of just clearing it away instantly without having to deviate from whatever actions they were currently trying to make.

In the video, it takes 10sec for the pack, from casting time, to materialize. doesnt seem like a big deal, since most of your uses are going to be wandering up to a lane, dropping one off for your teammate, then off to find the next charm. But in the skill uses section, it mentions doing things like using them in a team fight to be a backline support, so that your tanks can drop back in the middle of a team fight and grab a heal, or help a carry who is getting chunked stay in the fight longer. Cool, im certainly all for that... but not at a 10sec materializing time! im not sure if the time it takes to complete will shorten with skill level up or anything like that, but youre not going to be able to drop one down, wait 10sec in a team fight or a dragon contest, and have it make any difference. not 10sec later. nevermind the fact that you can only drop maybe one in a time like that at the most anyways, even if teams decide to dance around for a few sec (unless maybe its going to have charges on it). You'd never be able to use it in a breakout team fight. Siege? sure. team fight of any kind really? not at 10sec. And especially not at how fast they can be cleared just by an enemy champ brushing by it during the fight (see point #1).
I know its still entirely too early to know for sure, but what do you guys think?
