Mecha Kha'zix

When I've seen previous things that show mecha kha'zix from quite a while ago he has jetpacks when he jumps and when extra voice files got on live for one patch he had normal kha's jokes in his mecha voice plus his own, why is it that they were removed? and also When evolving his ult it uses his default skin's evolving particles. Would be nice for those to be added back, I liked having default kha's jokes along with his own one as they are really fun to use and the jetpack removal was before I ever knew about kha and his skin but it looks really nice.

Just want to at least know why it is they are not there and for his ult evolving to be fixed
