[GAMEPLAY] Battlecast Vel'Koz movement animation bug

I decided to use battlecast Vel'Koz recently and I noticed that in his movement animation it has him move his head down and then back up, I don't remember him doing this before and his base skin does not do this but they share the same animation for movement.

It bugs me a lot to constantly see him go down and up so hopefully this can be fixed.
