My screen is too far zoomed in, in game

I have tried everything so that way my champion does not take up to 2/5ths of my screen in game. I tried scrolling the wheel on my mouse to zoom out, I have tried fixing the resolution, I have messed with the HUD scaling, nothing has worked can someone please help me.

Oh and also, my laptop does not have this problem, only my home computer does
