Victorious skins

I heard from a friend of mine that if you get plat or higher in a season you get the victorious skins from the past 3 seasons Ex: if i were to plat this season would i get victorious along with ? Im just curious if this is true or not if someone could shed some light on this for me that would be awesome.

You still only get the Victorious skin for the season.

Season 4 you'll only get Victorious Morgana if your GOLD or higher.

Your friend mislead you. Those skins are unattainable, all you get is Victorious Morgana.
