Application for a Public Beta Enviroment Account

I applied for the Public Beta Enviroment (PBE) a while ago, I was accepted into the alpha client testing and I report a (small) bug, but needless to say, a bug. I was under the impression that PBE accounts are given to those that are A). Active B). Not Toxic C). Playing Role/Champion that is being changed. I am pretty damn active, I can't play during the weeks, but I can play on the weekends, and that is what I do, I play alot of league. When accepted into the alpha client I felt really special and my goal was to find as many bugs as possible so I think if I took that quality onto the PBE platform I would find some issues.
