I was permanently suspended, please convince the company for second chances to grant me one

Okay I understand that some of my language may have been offensive but let me explain. I just returned from finals week finally no more stress and I come to play some solo/duo queue with my buddy because we are trying to climb the ranked ladder, I try playing but this cho'gath keeps flaming me for no apparent reason until i finally crack, I held back for a good portion and was trying to be reformed aftter the 1 warning I recieved ( by the way 1 chat restriction doesnt really seem fair, please look over my other games and check how far I have come with my being reformed, I really sincerely tried not to do this but this cho'gath continued to get on my nerves until I had had enough). I have put alot of effort in to improving League if Legends as a whole and have continued to play it through out the last 2 years and spent a good portion of my own money on the developement of the game. Examples include me being an alpha tester and playing only on that client and reporting every bug or glitch I came across, 2 of which got fixed in time for the Beta release. What I am asking of you is for you to make an exception for me, or at least leave me with a day - week ban or a chat ban in general, i realize that it is my fault for flaming the cho gath but it is the communities fault for alot of the bans, peoples days or even weeks to months are ruined because of one game that was bad and their teammates just wouldnt let it go so they get angry and retaliate and what do you know, the company that "believes in second chances" perm bans them. I have heard cases of bans sometime happening after actual chat bans etcetera but not after a single restriction! Please take your time and consider my request. Thanks - Jakob

No. I don't think Riot should give you a second chance. You shouldn't need a warning to know your behavior wasn't even close to acceptable.

You should have considered the legacy of your account and how much you've invested in it over the years before deciding to use homophobic slurs and death threats. That's like buying a million dollar home and then deciding to leave the house for the day after you put a can of gasoline in the oven and turn it on.

Why didn't you just mute him? You keep saying you changed and that you deserved another chance, but you also still shift blame onto others. Being flamed is no excuse to flame back. Even bringing up the fact that you flamed because you were flamed in turn shows you still don't understand that the only acceptable reaction to flame is muting, which shows that if put in the same situation in the future, you'll act the same way. You'll flame back instead of muting.

Two things right there that can lead to an instant permaban, even without prior punishment. Riot has zero tolerance on homophobia and wishing death.

Have you ever received a 14 day suspension? It may not make a difference however. Calling someone a "fa/ggot" is considered hate speech and usually results in a stricter punishment.

Riot tried a "reform" program. Over 99% of the "reformed" went back to their old ways and were banned again. So they don't do that any more.

I'm usually pretty lax with my own reports and only report the really bad ones, but even I would have reported you here. Never an excuse for telling someone to kill themself or bust out slurs man. Who cares if someone is flaming you, just ignore it and report them after the game. Do you try to fight anyone that looks at you funny in real life?

Your finals is not an excuse for such behavior. The entire purpose of the mute option, is so that you can ignore any further harassment from another player, until you get to the post-lobby screen to report them.

Even presuming that another player started the fight, your behavior made whatever issues they may have started, worst. Now your team has to deal with two raging players, rather than one.

Grow up, and take responsibility for your actions.

Completely and utterly unacceptable behavior. There's no amount of stress that excuses acting like that.

Your second chances were any 10-game chat restrictions. 25-game chat restrictions, or 14-day bans that came before this. Honestly, I could see these logs skipping the 14-day ban due to what I've quoted.

By the way you made this topic makes me think you knew full well what you were doing while this game wa going on. You knew the consequences but still did this anyway! Why should you be giving a second chance for breaking numerous rules?

Your behaviour is the msot disgusting type of toxicity in this game , you should never be allowed to play this game and i actually hope you've lost big $$$ on this account. I got nothing against negative behaviour like calling smn bad because it does not annoy me but telling anybody to suicide is a death threat you should be banned. In my country you can go to jail for up to 2 years for this shit so enjoy that you only lost you account.

How dare you ask for a second chance, when you have gone out of ur way to make a video game into ur own little show where everybody is not just wrong, but needs to feel hated and made sure they are a waste of life.
