Refund Policy

EDIT: IF YOU GUYS TRULY BELIEVE THAT WE SHOULD GET ADDITIONAL REFUNDS PLEASE UPVOT SO WE CAN GET RIOTS EARS!!!

So late last night after a long hard day of grinding on league I went to the store to see what was on sale. To my surprise I seen challenger ahri even though they said it wasn't going on sale til January so I had to get it... But I didn't have ahri at the time so before this I put in a lot of time to get several champions with my ip for the legacy sale... I had 7600 saved up after I bought keenen as well and I went to buy it I didn't realize that I accidentally clicked use rp instead... Now I had 3800 rp that I bought specifically for tristannas legendary on the 23rd and then a few other skins but now I have to drop 2-3 of the skins that I really wanted because of a simple mistake... Normally I would have just refunded it but the way riot has the refunds set up no one who starts the game is going to keep them very long because we want to try out different champions and why pay when you can trade them out for free because your not going to need those refunds down the road right? WRONG!!! I lost 880 rp because I misclicked and sent riot a request to see if they could change my purchase to ip from rp because in the end im going to spend my rp on skins anyway so its not like they will lose anything. They tell me that they have a no exchange policy which is understandable if someone wants to exchange every other day but this was a one time thing. All this goes to show is that they hope people will make mistakes like using all of your refunds up or misclicking so that they can make more money so you can get something that you truly wanted. RIOT YOU HAVE TO HELP US OUT ON THE REFUNDS AND GIVE US AT LEAST 1 AFTER WE HIT LVL 30 BECAUSE OF STUFF LIKE THIS!!! OH YEA!!! To beat it all Ahri is on sale tomorrow for 440 so if I really wanted to spend rp on her I would of waited thanks rito for the help 'sarcasm btw' from A huge fan that has been dedicated to you for awhile now and will never put another penny into this game
