Relating to Reporting and the amount of "Saltiness" in one single game

I just played a game on SR, Where the enemy team was literally the worst human beings alive. Not only did they call people on our team queers and garbage, They called out specific people. This went on constantly through the game and eventually, even in the post-lobby, continued the assault with terms like "get aids and die" , "Your mother was awful when i pounded her", "Go say hi to your dad, Hes dead and in the morgue". While all of us are accustomed to how bold children can be while behind a screen, what really upsets me is that while our entire team reported them, we all know nothing is going to happen. It is no secret the reporting system, the tribunal, everything in said area had been lacking for quite some time. I want to know what Riot is doing to fix it. Its not the behavior that upsets me Its the lack of anything being done about it. These kind of things shouldn't be happening. That match ruined my friends and i's quiet night of league gaming. And before someone suggests turning off cross team, or muting, it happening is not the problem I'm trying to address. I'm trying to figure out when and what riot is doing to _FIX_this issue. Thank you for any oppinions anyone adds, and for any Riot employee who responds to this. All responses are appreciated.

I can't seem to NOT see this every single game I play on the rift anymore, even in ranked. Especially the mom jokes, it just makes me wanna not play anymore. The game is for fun and recently, actually always around summer is when all the children are allowed to play for more than an hour or so to say "cool things" on a F2P game...

My bf suggested muting to me since I really hate this behavior, it works for the moment but you can't really excuse the poor game play they decide to give out due to their lack of humanity skills. Whatever humans are left on this game you are welcome to add me, maybe if we decide to all group on each others friends list and just team builder all day, it'll make playing a lot more worth it and leave all the trolls to play amongst themselves.

That way they can all just whip out the mom and dad jokes to each other and see who's the best at it. That and see how much rage is shown maybe then rito will see EXACTLY who needs to be banned, permanently.

Getting real sick of being punished for wanting to have fun in normals. Twice I was reported for verbal abuse after pointing out exactly how flat their argument is. They're proven how wrong their words are and it's considered verbal abuse on my part.

Real nice punishment system rito. Your giving all the trolls the free will to report innocent players without any cause. To me it seems they scroll over reasonable reasons to ban someone rather than a troll typing under verbal abuse "WAS A LARGE CUNT" -_-;;;

And really, in response to Y'all who were kind enough to leave feedback, I think riot are doing their best. I just want to know what the future holds to stop this.. We all get angry. Hell I'm guilty of getting mad a few times myself ( Though usually its a defensive angry). I just want the issue to be brought to them. For them to see what these kids are saying. It's getting a tad over the top.
