[Gameplay] Clicks Will not Register

I remember this bug about a year ago being a problem. Haven't had a problem since then until the last two patches. For some reason, 1 out of every 5 clicks will register. I do have a programmable, high-dollar mouse much like the bug last year. Is there any word on this issue reoccurring?

To recreate it isn't that difficult, just start clicking. Incase it is particular to one brand or make, I am currently using a Roccat Cone XD with fully updated drivers.
