Anyone know the ETA of the champion updates?

I looked at the list and it shows Shen then Taric. It doesn't show dates or anything after them. Can someone help fill in the blanks?

They don't commit to dates or time frames. Sometimes they'll say an update is coming and then drop it altogether. Other times some update they never talked about will go through.
