Skin Sales Schedule

As the skin team continues to put out more skins, I've noticed a heavy emphasis on 1350 and 750 skins. I think I understand that the 750 skin line is the new 520 and that 1350 aim to bring something new to a champion. While this is all good, the present sales schedule does not favor the new additions. With only one 1350 going up for sale a week and nearly 70 skins in that category, we are looking at a sale schedule that will rotate on a 15 month schedule. And this pool is only going to continue to grow, considering the last four champion additions (Kindred, Illaoi, Jhin, Aurelion Sol) all had 1350 skins on release (and so will Taliyah according to the PBE). It won't be long before that becomes an 18 month rotation. I know the early sale 4-6 months after skin release helps to alleviate the wait, but this does nothing for older 1350 skins that were released prior to the early sale implementation.

My thought is that the sale schedule needs to swap. The 520 schedule should be given to the 750 skins (since it continues to get new additions and has almost the same skin pool) while the current 750 schedule is given to the 1350. This means the current 1350 schedule will have to go to the 520 pool.

Or, Riot could put more than four skins up for sale in a block. It certainly was welcome when they went from three to four back in November.

Assuming that they won't be increasing the number of skins for sale does put a rather large skin pool (almost 90) on a slow schedule. In that case, it may be best to take a page from last August and Vault another round of skins, prioritizing champions with multiple 520/750 options. As Legacy skins have traditionally become available during Snowdown (Christmas), summoners would have a huge selection of inexpensive skins guaranteed to be going up for sale on the holidays.

I believe they went with 27 last time, which is almost enough to get the 520 pool down to a yearly schedule.

Some of these reduced available champion skin pools to three, which was as low as I considered reasonable. This is why Evelynn and Malzahar both avoided the list, despite having multiple 520 skins available.

I tentatively would have Twisted Fate as 27, but Tango and Jack of Hearts are both shared themes. If anything, I'd prefer his Musketeer [750] to be vaulted over his 520 skins.
