I have access to over 300 usernames and passwords

I found a random notepad type site with over 300 usernames and passwords. I submitted a ticket to league but I kept getting automated responses so.. =/ Quite concerned about how many people on this list actually had their account stolen and couldn't get it back. I know my husband was one of them (luckily he managed to get his account back 'cause the hacker f*cked up. yay!) But.. yeah.

300 + Usernames and Passwords. Kinda.... scary, no?
