Let Me Share a Tale of Honor and Glory

It all started as a very simple game in Norms. I was planning to play , but he was banned out. My fault for not showing intention. So I went to my fallback, . The game begins, our team is looking pretty good. in the top lane, in the jungle, and bot. The game begins, level 1 invade from the enemy and . Bard gets caught out and dies. They took Mundo's red. Bard tries to redeem himself, and gets slain. Red buff is gone. Bot lane started getting camped, while singed was acting like singed, but I take him down no problem since he went mid and missed out on a ton of farm (2 waves of farm because he roamed looking to proxy but couldn't.) Then comes the dreaded words from Draven. "Bot lane is gone, ff @15."

I was ready to give in, all lanes were going to crap, except for mine. I was busy farming and killing singed whenever he decided to show mid. I can never carry games, I'm just so bad at League it's impossible for me to become the carry. BUt a little voice inside me said "No, Draven can come back. Tell him."

So I did, and Draven spam pinged me. Then it happened. 4v1 mid. I took them on, got them low enough, Draven ulted. He shut down Jhin. He started coming back. He was quiet the rest of the game, but I kept encouraging him. "Nice, you got him." "If Kha comes, I got you bud." "Focus, you can come back." Game goes on, we win a teamfight and get baron. We pushed like we were giving birth, opened up top lane, a lane that lost both towers early. The enemy was losing it, they were tilting. Draven was getting kills left and right, I was keeping the enemy busy with turrets nades and rockets (45% CDR ftw). And finally, at the very end, Draven gets a Penta. We push to close.

So let this be a lesson, stay cool and who knows what will happen. And if someone is about to tilt, encourage them, try to get them back in the game. Don't be a dick is all. That Draven, despite his actions early game, earned my honor for shaking off tilt and getting back in his mojo. And me? Well, 4 honors at the end ain't bad either.
