Stop spamming the boards with nerf QQ threads

When every other post is ether nerf or and the post say the same thing over and over again it gets really really old. If are you to post something about nerfing Vayne maybe give some ideas on how to balance her fairly instead of the "GUT HER" QQ threads it does no one any good when those threads are made.
