Double Thunderlord

There is nothing more frustrating than having both an enemy adc and enemy support running thunderlord. I played against a soraka who had thunderlord and before the game I thought "man, what a useless mastery on soraka..." and then she bullied me out of lane with thunderlord. I can't believe they didn't nerf that mastery.
