Shoud I move to Latin America North or stay in North America?

I moved to another country around a year ago and It's been hard to get RP. I'd need someone to buy it for me or get gifted (Even if I wanted that to happen, no one was willing to gift me anything, especially for my birthday which was this Monday.)

I met new people that play here, and they're fun to play with... I'd level up the account I have in LAN but I really don't want to level up another account since it would require so much grinding to get the runes I have and the champions I like.

What do you guys suggest? I can speak Spanish, so Lang. Barrier isn't a thing for me.

Depends where you are. If you would get better ping on the LAN, I would move there since you can speak Spanish. Just level up the account if you don't have the money. It won't take as long as you think. It will also give you a chance to pick up some champs that you don't already play with.

Well ranked would certainly be easier over there so i guess that's a plus although there are a lot of trolls its the reason why they made that server in the first place, mostly because a huge majority of people were complaining about the trolling although they won't say it to avoid sounding bm and racist but the more "official" reason is the language barrier so i suppose you would be just fine but the american server is regarded to be the second best server in terms of skill.
