LF Smurf/Duo who's willing to help me in the long run.

I'm not just looking for someone who's gonna duo with me for a few games and then remove me, I'm looking for someone to help me with the little things in this game. I have a general idea on how to play, but taking long breaks put me behind. It doesn't help that I'm Silver V either, that place is literally random. I can have a coordinated,good team, then the next game it'll be the complete opposite. If it's not that, it's troll picks like Jungle, Jungle, Support, etc.

Even if I know what to do in some cases, it's easy to lose it since I still have a low self-esteem and confidence of myself. I can be calm in the shittiest situations, but putting up with bad games makes my attitude worse. I take breaks, so please don't comment on that.
