Anyone else having login issues on NA?

Anyone else having login issues on NA? The server is up, however, I keep receiving an error message stating "unable to connect to the login queue". And yes, I have followed the 'help' guide but have not found a suitable solution to the reoccurring problem. And my internet connection is fine.

WHAT I DID WAS:

Use my phone to setup a hotspot
Connect my pc to the hotspot
Login (took me almost 2 minutes to login)
then switch your internet connection back to your normal connection once your logged in
