Back in All-Stars, Team Fire won, and Diana won the vote. It was decided that Fire Diana would be made.
I'm just wondering, has any news come out concerning that? Sorry if I'm being pushy.

Riot never said the skin would come instantly, for all we know it could come next time Fire vs Ice match-up
It's currently in concept design phase. It was never intended to come out right after

Or will people realize that it takes at least a few months for a skin to be made completely from "scratch"?
