Does anyone have a spreadsheet of Champions and their existing skins?

I would like to be able to track my skin purchases and gifts checklist style, so I am wondering if anyone has seen a simple spreadsheet that lists each champion and their skins. If anyone could link me to one that would be awesome. Thanks.
