No More Trolls

Get rid of those pesky trolls and bullies in queue!

INTRODUCING: Queue-bans.

If someone in queue informs their prospective team that he or she intends to feed or otherwise troll, a unanimous vote from the other four should remove said person from queue--docking 5 LP and preventing future queues for 20 mins.

Obviously this could be abused--by vengeful opponents, mean spirited children, etc. But unless the troll-in-question has got a reputation, then it's hard to believe 4 other players would ban him or her for no reason.

Indeed, many a troll game could be salvaged with a pre-game mechanism.

I know right? Effective.
