what 4800 champ should i get?
im coming up on 4800 ip and couldnt decide who to get, i was thinking kennan or vayne. Anyone recommendations appreciate it.

Looks like you enjoy a strong "all-in" type champion. I suggest taking a look at;

Get Riven, she is kind of fun, but too cheesy (you can also "outplay" champions without mobility). Kennen requires to hit his q (skillshot), Shyv is boring (if u fail her R into the enemy team, u will just get kited every time/ esp. if u go with smite and tp). Maybe look for Orianna - she has high dmg lategame, but is harder to play than most of the champions in the game.
