fix normals cancer balancing shits unplayable

either play as a full team or get golds and silvers on your team while you are diamond so you have to face 3+ diamonds/plats and get gold silver downies that just shouildnt be there not their fault but i dont think 20 min stomps because a diamond is laning with a silver is very fun or fair.
